The purpose of this forum is to discuss the main influences and assumptions that will affect Council services over the next 10 years.
The major influences we have identified are:
- An ageing population.
- The economy and overall levels of affordability.
- Increasing demand for Council services.
- Skills shortages for key jobs.
- Increasing digitalization and demand for technology.
- Climate change and the emission trading scheme.
